The latest version of Junior Control Insight, addresses the monitoring and control aspect of the NC for Design and Technology and ICT. With Junior Control Insight 2 pupils can create and test models on screen as a simulation without the need for peripheral hardware.
By using the on screen tools pupils can quickly add torch-lights, buzzers and motors to make their models.
Building their system on screen first allows pupils to test their system before connecting to hardware, easing class management and allowing pupils to learn quickly from their mistakes.
